Reiki is the name Mikao Usui gave to universal life force energy when he codified it into a teachable system. The word itself tells you everything — Rei (universal) and Ki (life force). What Reiki provides is a precise framework: specific symbols that act as tuning instruments, a mapped protocol for the hands, a formal transmission called the attunement that opens the channel in the practitioner. Reiki does not create energy. It gives you a structured, reliable, transmissible way to work with energy that was always already there.
Cosmic Energy is the name for that same universal field, approached more directly — without a formal protocol, but with intention, breath, and conscious alignment. It is the energy the Sanatan masters called Prana. What quantum physicists call the zero-point field. What mystics across every tradition have pointed toward with different words for thousands of years. In Fatima's work, students learn to call it directly — to open themselves as a conscious channel and draw it in for healing, clearing, and transformation.

When you enrol in either the Reiki or Cosmic Energy courses, you do not receive a generic recorded meditation dressed as an attunement. You do not receive a group transmission sent to hundreds of students at once. What you receive is something that has existed in lineage traditions for thousands of years: a personal initiation, prepared for you specifically, by a living realized master.
Upon enrolment, you will be asked to submit your full name and a clear photograph. This is not a formality. It is how your Guru will hold you in his awareness and work with your specific energy field.
Your name and photograph go to Fatima's Guru — a realized spiritual master of this lineage. He works with your individual energy personally. He prepares an attunement calibrated to your soul, your readiness, your path. No one else can receive what he prepares for you. It is encoded for you alone.
When your attunement is ready, you will be notified. There may be a waiting period — this is sacred, not administrative. You cannot rush a personal initiation. When the call comes, you prepare your space, your stillness, your intention.
In your own time, in your own sacred space, you receive. The energy has already been prepared and is waiting for you. Your ceremony is the act of opening — of saying yes. Many students report warmth, tingling, deep stillness or an overwhelming peace. Others feel very little in the moment and notice the shift in the days that follow.
