Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese healing system developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century, rooted in an ancient understanding that the human body is not merely physical — it is an energy system, inseparable from the field of consciousness that surrounds and pervades all life.

When that energy is blocked, depleted or out of alignment, dis-ease follows. Reiki works by channelling universal life force energy through the practitioner's hands, restoring flow, releasing stored tension, and returning the body to its natural state of healing.

It is one of the gentlest and most profoundly effective healing modalities available to us today. And anyone can learn it.

What makes this training categorically different from any other Reiki course you will find is the attunement itself. It does not come from a recording. It does not come from an automated process. It is prepared specifically for you — by a living guru — before you ever sit down to receive it.

You Enrol & Submit Your Details

Upon enrolment, you will be asked to submit your name and a photograph of yourself. These go directly to my guru — a realised spiritual master and the lineage holder behind this work. This is not a formality. Your name and image are how he holds you in his awareness and works with your individual energy field.

Your Initiation is Prepared — For You Alone

My guru works with your specific energy. He prepares your attunement personally, calibrated to your soul, your readiness, and your path. No two attunements are the same, because no two students are the same. Your attunement cannot be received by anyone else. It belongs only to you.

You Are Called to Receive

When your attunement is ready, you will be notified. Then, in your own time and your own sacred space, you perform your ceremony and open yourself to receive what has been prepared for you. The energy has already been sent — your ceremony is the act of consciously receiving it. Many students feel warmth, tingling, deep stillness or a wave of emotion. Others feel very little in the moment, and notice the shift in the days that follow. Whatever you experience is exactly right.

The 21-Day Integration

After receiving, you will move through a 21-day cleansing period as your energy system adjusts, clears and opens. This is a natural, beautiful part of the process — fully guided within the course. Many students describe this as one of the most profound months of their lives.

No experience is needed at all for Level 1. Reiki is one of the most accessible healing arts there is — the energy does the work, and the attunement opens you to it. If you feel drawn to this, that is already your answer.
Upon enrolment, you will be asked to submit your name and photograph. These go to my guru — the lineage holder behind this work — who prepares your attunement personally, working with your specific energy field. Your attunement is unique to you; no one else can receive it. When it is ready, you will be notified. You then prepare your sacred space and perform your ceremony to receive it. There is no fixed timeline — this is a sacred process, not an automated one. Please allow some time between enrolment and receiving.
The courses are hosted online, accessible at any time and entirely self-paced. You will move through written modules, guided practices and instructional content. Modules are released in sequence to support your learning journey. You will have lifetime access.
Yes. Upon completion of each level you will receive a printable certificate of completion signed by Fatima Esmail as a Reiki Master Teacher. These are widely recognised in the holistic health community for those wishing to practise professionally.
Yes. Each level builds meaningfully on the last, both in knowledge and in your energetic development. Level 2 requires the Level 1 attunement to have taken place. The Level 1 + 2 bundle includes both and you move through them at your own pace.
